No, we do not offer a waiting list for cancellations.

Do you have a curfew?

No, we do not have a curfew.
However, for security purposes, the automatic doors at the first-floor entrance lock at 1:00 am. To unlock, please scan your room key card on the sensor.
To ask for our assistance, please use the intercom. -
I have a small child. How is the accommodation fee charged?

Children under 6 years old can stay free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult.
If additional bedding is required, the same rate as an adult guest will be charged. -
Can I pay the accommodation fee in advance on behalf of another guest?

Yes. Please pay in advance via bank transfer or at the hotel.
We do not accept payment on behalf of other guests at check-out. -
What is the accommodation tax? Is the accommodation tax included if I make a credit card payment when booking?

A self-serve laundromat on the 4th floor provides washing machines and dryers.
Please note that hotel staff members cannot help do your laundry. -

Yes, a vending machine in the laundry room on the 4th floor offers non-alcoholic beverages.

Yes, there is an ice machine in the laundry room on the 4th floor.

No, smoking is prohibited in our hotel.

Can I exchange currency?

A foreign currency exchange machine in the back of the 3rd floor lobby exchanges foreign currencies to Japanese yen.
We do not exchange Japanese yen to other currencies or support cash withdrawals from credit cards. -
What are the operating hours for the lounge?

Complimentary breakfast: from 6:30 am to 10:00 am
A selection of bread and beverages (coffee, soft drinks) is available.
Bar: from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm (charges apply)
Alcoholic beverages, light snacks and meals are available.
The last order is at 10:00 pm for food and 10:30 pm for drinks.Please note that charges cannot be billed to your room or settled at check-out.
Payment must be made at the time of service.

How much does breakfast cost and what does it include?

Breakfast is complimentary for all staying guests and includes 5 types of bread, coffee, and soft drinks.
If the lounge is crowded, you are welcome to take your breakfast to your room or enjoy it on the go. -
Are any private rooms available?

A salon is available that accommodates up to 6 guests.
The room fee is 5,000 yen (excluding tax) for 2 hours. Food and beverage charges are extra.
For space-only use, the room fee is 10,000 yen (excluding tax) for 2 hours.*Advance reservations are required. Please contact us for more details.

We do not have parking. We recommend using public transportation or a nearby hourly parking lot.
