Improvements for a More Comfortable Stay

At TONES OSAKA, we have made several improvements based on the feedback we have received from our guests,with the aim of making each stay more comfortable.

First, as a measure to reduce noise from the street, we have installed double windows in all guest rooms facing the road. We sincerely apologize to guests who may have experienced discomfort during their stay due to outside noise.With this improvement, external noise has been significantly reduced, allowing guests to enjoy a calmer and more comfortable room environment. Please note that, due to the nature of our location, we cannot guarantee complete silence. However, the guest room environment has been significantly improved.

We have also upgraded our Wi-Fi infrastructure,
increasing our network capacity from 1G to 10G.
This provides a smoother online experience, whether you are uploading photos or videos from your trip,streaming content, or joining online meetings from your room. At TONES OSAKA, we will continue to listen carefully to our guests' feedback and use it to improve the guest experience.
